Hi. It's 01:45 in the morning and the hum is unbearable. Started to hear it "properly" in the last couple of weeks. However I now think I've heard it for a few years but not constantly. Or maybe it was a washing machine on it he middle of the night after all. Anyway, I hear it now and it's driving me nuts. I'm glad to have found info about the hum and this forum. Seriously I thought I was going nuts or had a brain tumour or something. I will confirm what I just read that I am in a house with pointed roof. I do hear it mostly at night but not exclusively. Yes its worse when in bed. Yes I can hear it with earplugs in. Yes I have slight hearing loss. Yes I suffered from ME.
Does this sound familiar to others as well. Sorry I've not actually read many posts yet, I just wanted to get on and say hi and make contact with fellow Hum sufferers.
