Sadly, the files I posted are no longer here. I did some Spectrums and
some synthesis mentioned below.
No one explained why files were no longer supported. I used a free
Spectrum Analyser on PC under XP.
I've built a new PC since and will have to go back to the old one and
dig.
This post below was from then- discussing upper 20Hz but I there was a
range from 16 to 39Hz for me -in a brick building.

Post from Feb 2009
f you click on Files, upper right here and play Hum Basic that is my
synthesis.
I didn't spend a lot of time on it but it is good enough. The 24 & 26
Hz are similar but more throbby- I probably would slow down the FM if
I did it again, but again it gives a comparison.
No one has commented on these so far btw..
The NZ and Taos Hums (imported) below mine are more classic and have
more blown coke bottle component to them - this effect has been
mentioned by quite a few people, mostly in the States. I never sense
this though.
Whilst on these files- I posted the Schuman trace as I'm convinced
Harrp type resonances could be implicated in Hums.
The open cct Hi Gain is my PC audio showing VLFs as standard - not
sure what they reflect, but as I remember them, they were taken
whilst a lot of wind was roaring around the house and varied
somewhat'
in synch' with that. The series extends to the range I hear, well
below 50 Hz mains.
Maybe ELF sound pressure waves- also capable of powering hum, but
only
heard as 2nd /3rd harmonics- or felt as building standing waves.
