I've noticed the last few days that in my area [UK South ] the hum has got louder day + night -with the hint of a harmonic overtone coming in at night when it's easier to differentiate. Only a few weeks ago I was hoping the Magnesium supplement [only low level dose] was helping, as only tinnitus was persisting at the annoying level but now both are back to 'normal'. :(
