"They" are running short on excuses. So where's the correlation at the anti-pode? An earthquake over a 3 week period and no damage to buildings? 1.5 magnitude - Wouldn't even tickle the surface. The BPL couplers at the substation and on the power lines are blowing out, simple as that. A massive derogatory experiment gone wrong. Now "they" are so deep in a hole "they" can't get out.
