I dunno what physics books/academic Q's you're getting this/your information from but it ain't the same ones that I've got. You can explain all you want in as many papers that you want to generate but if you don't know what you're talking about the answer will always be the same - Garbage. You and everyone else that is affected by these emissions (including me BTW) have been written off by the PTB as "acceptable collateral damage" This entire issue has been planned and covered up to such an extent by governemnts worldwide that "they" know nobody'll ever crack it and make it to a courtroom .......... maybe. You are not so much as even aware of the extent of that which you (think you) are dealing with.
