If one discounts the city centre due to traffic and urban noise considerations it seems intuitive that higher ground would allow for more pick up- a bit like an aerial sticking up for better gain. This assumes an EM source though, which is not unreasonable, and doesn't discount other atmospheric inputs which may be felt more at altitude, clouds[Chemtrails], remote sea waves etc. Not HAARP in this view which is more intrusive- and likely intermittent. But that was just Bristol some time ago. very hard to get a level playing field on all this!
On the personal front- I knew a great campaigner on the National Pure Water Asscn. who died a few years back. She toiled endlessly for her beliefs and had a funeral in Westminster Abbey, after dying of cancer. We need more people like this- but they seem to get taken all too soon.
