I have posted two oscillographs of the Hum made on March 13 at 10am and 10
pm. You can see an increase in the frequency which takes place at night,
this effects the Hum loudness and the amount of discomfort.
Similar frequencies are used by the brain to control its functions but the
brain frequencies and the Hum frequencies are directly opposed. This would
have the effect of making people sleepy by day and active at night.
Little wonder that according to government statistics doctors prescribe a
record number of sleeping pills, for the Hum falls on everyone, not just
those who hear a noise.
One can only imagine what it is doing to the brains of infants and
children, but then who cares? Certainly not those in authority
