The reason I would think for the lucid dreams, is due to sleep deprivation.
As a hum sufferer I do know that there are certain period of intense hum over say a continuous week long, and by the end of that, you are glad to get a decent nights sleep. But instead the brain not having much REM sleep suddenly creates very intense full colour dreaming, to the extent you feel you 'in the dream' are being fed this from somewhere. Logically it should just be the brain itself going ballistic with internal thoughts, till it sorts itself out. Lack of sleep can be pure torture, and is another side effect when dealing with the hum.. I have suffered a few of such dreams per year, and its not so good for the body and brain, to be subjected to the hum sound and vibration, for so long a period. The more common problem is headaches, and body feeling run down if countermeasures (white noise, foam ear plug, etc), have been breached during the night. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hum Sufferers" group.
