Hi Donna. I'm sure your'e right,I noticed the pulsating intermittent Hum right after PGE installed my Smart Meter.I talked with PGE a couple of years ago as I'm sure you know, and one of the guys told me a few other customers had complained about a Hum.When I called PGE back a little later,no one seem to know anything about this problem. I wished I wrote the guys name down,I'm sure PGE briefed him that this was privy information.
