This coming Sunday, May 31, a discussion amongst activists would be held
triggered by a few initiating presentations to explore the nature and
implications of draconian laws in India. This would drive towards
evolving an appropriate action plan to tackle the issue in a serious and
systematic manner. This discussion is meant to be the first preliminary step.
