Israeli media has a knack for taking credit for sometimes most outlandish events seemingly without any connection to Israel or Jewish affairs and project such events as 'hand of God". This is to strike fear into the hearts of some of the weak in the opposite adversary camps. A similar exercise is on, with the following Youtube clip, that directly tries to link President Obama's change of stance against Israel and the instant blowout of the BP underwater oil well that is threatening not only the environment of US coast, but the future of Obama administration too. Worth watching to grasp the Manichean tactics of Israeli media management.
