Dear Subhashini ,

As in so may political parties and formations it
cannot be ruled out from one state to another
that criminal syndicates have infiltrated organizations
or agent provocateurs and are resorting to indiscriminate
killings to create anarchy taking advantage of the genuine
unrest and mass protest in villages and hamlets of the
peasantry and the tribal people resulting from their
genuine pauperisation through land seizures and
socio-economic conditions .

                     However what is not understandable
is that this intelligence on the operation of such individuals
or groups should be with the concerned governments who
are empowered adequately by the Indian Penal Code
and the Code of Criminal Procedure , WHY SO MANY
MURDERS AND ENCOUNTER DEATHS AND KILLINGS
OF INNOCENT CITIZENS AND THE CENTRAL RESERVE
POLICE FORCES what are the State police forces doing????

As you are aware communal pogroms and attacks
cannot take place without the complicity of the
State machinery which has happened in certain States
and which most right thinking people have condemned
as a divisive strategy is not in the interest of the country
whether based on religion , caste , or illegal seizure of
land without adequate consultation and creation of alternative
livelihoods .

The attack on the teacher needs to be thoroughly
investigated , as certain elements from political parties
in West Bengal which are playing a dangerous game
of one upmanship may be responsible for it to keep the
cauldron ON THE BOIL .BUT THIS INFORMATION
WILL BE WITH THE STATE GOVERNMENT AND
CENTRAL GOVERNMENT INTELLIGENCE AGENCIES
TO EXPOSE THOUGH LOCAL PEOPLE HAVE KNOWLEDGE
THEY ARE NATURALLY SLOW TO SHARE THE INFORMATION
AS CRIMINAL ELEMENTS CONTROL MANY AREAS .

However you will agree that when a wide gap develops
between political formations and the people , then distrust
of actions of the state is the logical consequence . Who will
bridge the gap ?????? It cannot be done by military or Para
military formations or even by the police .

The country is crying out for genuine political representation
not restricted to electoral politics, but embracing the
entire framework of issues facing society at a turning
point in human history which can be for the worse OR
THE BETTER DEPENDING ON THE PATH CHOSEN
OR TAKEN.

Any sympathy for the headmaster from Jhargram who was killed brutally by
the Maoists because he would not send the children in his school to their
rally? Subhashini Ali
