This situation be brought to the notice of the Supreme Court and the all
India Bar Council by complaining against the advocate general of the State for
the state of affairs and the Human Rights Commission that anyone found giving
medical/legal assistance to the weakest sections and classes of society are
being labeled "NAXALITES " itself constituting serious obstruction of justice
an indication that the Constitutional and administrative machinery of the state
has broken down and subverted by the nature of mining MOUs signed by the State
government among other ideological considerations namely that what is happening
is an Upper Caste onlaught on the Indigenous or FIRST PEOPLE OF INDIA to assert
the hegemony of dominant categories and perpetuate the cultural Aryanization of
India for seizure of land and resources by Companies .India is a diverse social
and cultural political entity and this diversity is sought to be snuffed out
perpetuating several myths one of them that any
one who protests brutal methods of seizure of livelihoods and exploitation is
necessarily a Naxzlite or Maoist,
SO THEY CONVICT DR.BINAYAK SEN ON THE FABRICATED GROUND OF GIVING ASSISTANCE
TO A MAOIST ORGANIZATION WHEN HE IS GANDHIAN IN APPROACH .THIS HAS PROPAGANDA
HAS TO BE FOUGHT THAT EVERYONE CAMPAIGINING FOR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS OF THE
WEAKEST ARE ALL MAOIST OR AIDING AND ASSISTING MAOIST.
THESE CHARACTERS WOULD HAVE CONVICTED DR.KOTNIS SENT ON A MEDICAL MISSION TO
CHINA WHO SERVED WITH THE RED ARMY AT THE BEHEST OF THE MISSION OF THE INDIAN
NATIONAL CONGRESS PERSONALLY INSPIRED BY JAWAHARLAL NEHRU AND GANDHIJI AS
MAOISTS .
IT IS NECESSARY TO FIGHT THIS PROPAGANDA IN EVERY FORUM NO MATTER HOW HIGH
PITCHED AS IT IS THE PARLIAMENTARY LEFT AND THE BJP AND THE CONGRESS LEADERS
WHO VISIT CHINA AND INTERACT WITH THE RED ARMY NOT DR.BINAYAK SEN AND OTHERS

IF IT IS SEDITION TO BE POOR OR REPRESENT OR RESIST EXPLOITATION
OF THESE SECTIONS THEN WE ARE ALL AS GUILTY AS MAHATMA GANDHI .
LET THOSE WHO LIVE ON LIES NOT PUT THOSE ON THE SIDE OF JUSTICE ON THE
DEFENSIVE .
