The point is not that the Ambassadors know we are for sale - the point is that the MPs are selling our democracy at the bidding of the US representatives! After all, the cash was shown and buying done to ensure the safe passage of tyhe Indo-US Nuke Deal, and that's what the Embassy operative was there to supervise.
