At 12:30 Advocate Mahendra Dubey moved the Court with the order of
Supreme Court in B P Verma's Court, which has convicted him before. He
said since the SC order has not mentioned the bail conditions and he
need more time to formulate them so they should come to the Court again
after 45 minutes. So, they will go there again.
At the Court apart from Kavita, Ilina Sen, Aparajita, Satya Sivaraman,
Vivek Sundara, four people from Wardha, Two TISS students and lots of
media people are there.
