The author's of such pieces should first debate whether the "famed" separation of executive , judiciary & legislature promised by Ambedkar Ji is actually working in India & in practice. By all kinds of amendments , law & deceits the legislature now fully controls the executive & the judiciary , all are involved rampant corruption & protecting the corrupt . All the so called checks and balances have long long eroded. It starts from our political process where the choice is a couple of moneyed thugs selected by the political parties funded by public loot ...which does not offer a honest candidate any chance. Is the reason why the politicians dare any one questioning their foul acts & unlimited authority say " go fight elections..we have been elected by you..buzz off ".
The alternate argument to free & strengthen the various arms of the executive get out of government control is a long sad sad grandma's story now. The implementation of RTI Act in quite a few states is an example. The story that judiciary can self police as judges are blessed with exemplary judgement is just another such sorry & deceptive tale. Neither the judges , doctors , media , accountants or any other profession that wants to do policing is serious about curtailing their money making trickery acquired over the years. All these grandma's stories have now been going on for 42 years for the Lok Pal too .
