Dear friends, Today morning I was asked to comment on the following incident in E Tv Bangla: a young man went to work in Gujarat, a teenage girl fell in love with him. Now the boy came back to his native place in Belda in West Midnapore, the girl followed him. But the family of this young man refused to let her in and called the police, she was lodged in a home. 2/3 days back, she was produced in court, in the meantime she has turned major and produced papers accordingly. The judge gave transit remand to take her to Gujarat, she was taken by yesterday's flight possibly. She was wailing like anything while she was being forcefully taken :"mat wapis vejo mujhe, mere samaj-walo mujhe mar dalenge" and for obvious TRP, E Tv is repeating that, that cry is simply unbearable. The media people apprehend that the Gujarat Police was accompanied by her family that took her by force. From them I could collect only the following: Name of the girl: Divya Choudhury, D/o Dhikaram Choudhury, Limbayet Police Station Case No 95/16, Gujarat. She came to Belda, where the case no could not be located. If any friends in Gujarat can intervene.
