Our molvis have messed up by calling Sharee panchayats as "Sharia
Courts", giving birth to all kinds of confusion and doubts about the
intentions of Indian Muslims. So much so that this is being presented by
media as a demand for a parallel judicial system and even to create a
new country for Muslims. A little caution could have saved us from this
bad propaganda. Here, Dr Zafarul-Islam Khan, Chairman of Delhi
Minorities Commission, puts the issue in perspective:
