Dear friends Out of 37 years of my activism BaateinAmanKi was the biggest 3 month campaign that I was involved in along with others from conceiving to implementing. From conceiving the idea to implementation which led to 500 strong programs on Safeguarding the Constitution, freedom of expression, peace and harmony, diversity across 200 cities, towns, villages we reached out to over one lakh people directly and to a few crores through extensive media coverage by regional media. As already mentioned we had to take a loan of 20lakhs as one of our major sponsors withdrew last moment. The total expenditure of the five vehicles has come to 17 lakhs + all other expenses of printing, flag off and culmination programs and pre yatra travels to over 20 states which have been paid personally, or through Anhad, by personal donations or not paid so far. About 5 lakh worth of bills for train travel, printing etc have been paid by various groups. We would know the exact calculations soon. In short we still need to raise huge sums Atleast 15 lakhs to repay the loan. Kindly Contribute generously. If everyone on this list was to donate min 1000 rupees or if 100 people donate 15000 each the Loan will be paid off. I don't believe that there aren't 100 people on my list who can afford to donate 15000 each. We can give our time and energy to continue the struggle, work round the clock but to continue active financial support however small is required.
