Hello Mike. Here are a couple to get you started.
http://www.cafepress.com/cp/info/sell/books.aspx https://www.createspace.com/Products/BooksPrices.jsp And you might want to buy this book to help you understand the process and pitfalls. http://www.amazon.com/Print-Demand-Book-Publishing-Self-Publishing/dp/0972380132 These kinds of companies or services are available in most countries. And of course you can always just send your files to a place like KINKOS and they will print them out. And for any of you what would simply like to put together a tune book, pictures from your vast hurdy gurdy collections etc. this is an easy way to do it. You just need some correctly formated PDF files and the rest is sort of automatic. Most of them also have a way of selling the books through their own web sites including amazon. Contact me off the list if you need help with PDF files. r.t. ----Original Message----- >From: mike gilpin <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >Sent: Oct 4, 2008 3:44 AM >To: hurdygurdy <[email protected]> >Subject: [HG-new] Re: Dansons la Morvandelle > > >That's a really interesting idea - never thought about that, - in fact >never heard of these publishing houses.
