Although he is pretty busy getting other stuff printed, the impression
I got when I last spoke to himwas that he hasn't ruled out reprinting
these other books as well. He's just really busy. The fact that the
stock was stolen shouldn't be a problem as all the original
manuscripts exist (mine included!)

By the way I found this shop in Germany that seems to have the green
book in stock, but not the pink or blue.
