I have a new booklet of 40 French session tunes, in both tunings (G/C and D/G),
with companion CD (played on G/C button box only). The booklet is called "Terre
d'Auvergne." It seems to be a real boon to a French session to have the tunes
in both tunings, with chords. We tested it out at Camp Harmony (near Santa
Rosa,?CA) over?New Years?and it was a success. The tunes are pretty much all
major tunes. All are suitable for a dance. (Hopefully I'll get a minor tunes
book+cd together when my gurdy playing improves; there's not much point playing
Bourbonnais on a button box).

If anyone is interested, go to my frenchtradmusic.com website, click the link
for Mitch Gordon Music, and scroll down to the bottom.
