Hey, folks,
Several spammers have recently made their way onto the list. As soon as I see
them, I ban them.
There are three ways of dealing with this problem:
1) We can all just use our delete keys. For the moment, this is the policy.
2) I can moderate the membership, in hopes of catching anyone who is not
sincere about hurdy-gurdies. This won't guarantee a spam-free list, but we
should be able to avoid people named sexy-girl-124. If we see an increase in
spammers, I will advance to this option.
3) I can moderate the postings. I dislike this option, because I think it
will change the flow of the group, but I'll do it if I have to.
