I think it may be a Hungarian Tekero(lant)
The trompettes on those are adjusted with a tapered wooden wedge, not 
with a tirant
Cecilia Patko will be the best person to comment

It could be a lyra (usually 1 chanterelle) but these have equally spaced 
keys, yes that does work (pentatonic scale ?)
