Hello,

my ancient music trio "Schikaneders Jugend" (http://schikanedersjugend.at ) is going to record a second CD for the Austrian Radio ORF the next days. The recording sessions include three live performances in the museum Rohrerhaus in Sarnthein (South Tyrol, Italy). The last of these performances on Friday the 30. April, 19h30 CEST, will be broadcasted live by the italian RAI and the austrian ORF.
A live stream is available at http://oe1.orf.at/konsole/live

The music is entirely taken from mainly unpublished manuscript sources from between 1729 and 1825 from the area of Austria, Bohemia and Bavaria. The program and the CD will present authentic (as possible; informed performance) music of peasant weddings by that time and area. Listen to the music the Bachs, Mozarts, Haydns and Beethoven heared when travelling the countryside :-)

kind regards,

Simon
