No, it sure didn't. A girl from Brittany is shown right before those dancers, 
though -- high lace coiffe and very large lace collar with curved sides.

The dancing and band didn't look very Breton to me. The mens' costumes, the 
dance (bourree) and the instrumentation were all central France. I'm guessing 
the announcer hadn't heard of central France, and assumed that if it was French 
folk it was from Brittany.
