Merci, Maxou!

Well, I don't feel quite so bad...I had the man's first name wrong, but Mel
 Stevens misspelled the tune name!

If anyone has the cassette and can make me a copy, I would love to have it
-- please let me know offline. I am quite sure it is out of print.

Hi !

Frederic BORDOIS is a fiddle player. He played a little bagpipe too, and
"La Bigaire" was one of his first tunes on the bagpipe.
He recorded a tape many years ago with Frederic Paris, JC Blanc and some
others.
He is born in Bourbonnais, but now lives near Toulouse, in the south-west
of France.

He was a member of "La Chavannee" in the 80's
Have a good time playing his music !

I have two different names for this waltz by Francois Bordois. On Patrick
Bouffard's "Musiques pour Vielle a Roue" it's "La Bigaire". In Mel Steven's
"Massive Central" vol. 2 (blue) it's "La Bigaille". Which is correct?
I only know Bordois' music from the recordings of others (notably
Patrick). Did he record albums of his own? Is he a gurdy player or a piper?
Thanks for any info,
