Dear All
I have a Martin Turner gurdy, flatback and about 10 years old, that I
would like to sell. It has trompette, mouche, 2 drones, sympathetic
strings, and an audio pickup. It was recently checked over by Neil Brooks
and is in good working order. It is currently in G/C but the previous
owner had it in D. It's an ideal instrument for a learner, simple, small
and robust - I have come a long way on it in the last year, but have just
had the opportunity to buy an antique instrument hence the sale.
Asking price $1300.
I am based in the UK but will be in St Louis and NYC from 15-25 June. So
if someone is seriously interested they should get in touch soon and if we
do a deal I could bring it over with me (overhead locker sized). We could
arrange to chat (and play) by skype.

If you're on the UK gurdy list, you can see more about it there - digest
number 1771, posted 6 may. Please get in touch with me directly - clare147
