Best of luck with the band. I do know a gurdy player who could be right up your
street, unfortunately for all concerned he is in England.

Oi! Been following this group for quite some time, having hoped at
some point to get m'self a h-g, but it looks like I'm really sticking
with winds.  I play hummelchen, recorder, and tin-whistle, and have
recently started playing with a violinist/guitarist.  We're just now
adding a drummer (she's learning bodhran), and are about to add an
acoustic bass player, which means--well, we're becoming a band.

So, consider this an invite to anyone who's intrigued by the idea of
hanging out with a bunch of urban anachronistic mohawks, tattoos and
damsels (two guys, two gals) and adding the delicious and unearthly
sound of their wheel-fiddle to our motley grouping. Influences are
Faun, Garmarna, In Extremo, Poeta Magica, Tenhi, Volkstrott,
Schandmaul, and a bunch of other stuff.  No fascists, no banjos.
