Greetings Red Hat Partners, We are preparing to change the method our hardware partners use to log in when working with hardware certifications.
An update to the Red Hat Certification web site (hardware.redhat.com) and the redhat-certification package will be made in the near future which enables Red Hat Customer Portal (single sign-on, or SSO) logins. The existing Bugzilla-based login method will continue to be available during a phase-out transition period ending in September 2016. After the transition period all certification activity will need to be done using SSO credentials. You will not need to switch login methods immediately upon availability of the site and test suite updates. If you do not have one already, we highly suggest starting the process to obtain an SSO account. One can be obtained through the organization administrator for your company's Red Hat Customer Portal account. Please contact your engineering account manager or engineering partner manager for assistance if you do not know your organization administrator. It is important that you use an account associated with your company and not a personal one. Additional details regarding the specifics, limitations, and impacts of these changes will be made available when the updated site and packages are released. If you have any questions or comments, please contact your engineering account manager or engineering partner manager for assistance. - The Red Hat Certification Team -- Hwcert-announce-list mailing list [email protected] https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/hwcert-announce-list
