Heh; so we got differing opinions.

My $0.02 is that we should do a final 1.0.3 just to close it out.  
Hypothetically, it shouldn't take much testing because there should only be 
minor bug fixes since 1.0.2, right?

If Brice doesn't hate this idea, I can make a 1.0.3rc1.
