QY 700

I have a QY700 and have been using it for a little over a year.Recently I've been having problems, when I copy a song to another song number(I do this so I can leave one version alone and make changes to another ) I'm getting no sound and then all sounds at once and then the sequencer jams with this stuck sound. I have to turn the machine off and then back on to unstick it.Has anyone experienced something like this?Jay?
