AW: triggering rm1x form pc1600x

Interestingly, I tried to use the pc1600x`s learn mode to capture the midi data from the RM1x as I switched sections but despite the RM`s midi out lamp blinking to signal a midi output (maybe it wasnt sysex), the pc1600x did not slurp up anything.    Hi Chris,   I don't think the RM1x sends Section Changes out via midi. If you press the section buttons of empty sections, the midi out lamp doesn't blink (at least not on my machine). When the section isn't empty probably something else is transmitted (maybe the transpose settings, which can be different in every section.) I'm interested in switching sections externaly too, but I didn't manage yet. If you find out anything please let me know.   Clemens
