Ok, here goes another dumb question. . Sorry guys/girls.. My current chain consists of my RM1x controlling An Alesis DM5, through to a Roland Jv-1080, through to a Roland JP-8000. What I can't do/don't know if it is possible is to have the rm1x automatically change the patches I use on each device.. What I would like to set a specific patch, for example, on my jp-8000 for a pattern I've called 'deep' . but I also Use the jp8k for a pattern called 'mother' but it uses different patches.. . How can I set up the rm1x to change the patches on the 8k when I change patterns on the rm1x?? I've checked to see that it distributes program changes, and it is; but it doesn't seem to be working.. any help would be appreciated..
