When you turn the selection knob while in Knob Assign, it skips over most of
the the Controllers and only shows the ones that are usually used for stuff,
i.e., Volume, Pan. If you want to set the knob to a specific Controller
number, such as 31, simply highlight the assign section and manually enter
"31". This is accomplished by holding down the NUM button and then pressing
'3', '1', 'Enter' on the right hand side of the keyboard.
