Put the left Locator at the beginning of your Track and the right
Locator at the end (the whole track must be included).
Select your Track.
Go to 'Structure' (sorry, I have the german version...) - 'Entmischen'
(maybe s.th. like 'Unmix' ?) - voila.
Don't forget to mute your original track...
