I'm not sure if I mentioned this to you in the LONG reply I sent to you a couple days 
ago that was forwarded to me via another SU700 user.  But probably the best thing to 
do is call Yamaha for your country and have them call you back if necessary.  More 
likely to get response faster that way.  At least I did in the US.  Had to call all 
the way across country to California but they called me back in a couple hours, took 
my info down, and had the update sent to me within 2-3 weeks.  I don't know if 
emailing them is as effective.  Or even what the correct email address for tech 
support is.
Hope this helps.  The different country's phone #'s for Yamaha branches should be 
listed on the back inside cover of the manual.  If Yamaha Espana doesn't help maybe 
another local country like France?
