well, i had written my tunes mostly as 1-4 sections with all the tracks used
up, having two rm1x's allows me to mix one tune into another whenever i
like, and with them synching it means that if the drums on one track are a
bit weak (which is often the case) i can bring in a drum section from
another track to beef it up a bit - it also means i can do extended mixes of
my tracks and gives me a bit of freedom to do different mixes for any set i
play. (and gives me the possibility of having 32 tracks for a track as
opposed to 16)

but the biggest reason is... its really good fun - try it 2 rm1x's is like
having deck's but your write the tunes yourself! - as kewl as :)

next step is to get pete (who is also on this list) to do this with me and
use 2 x a3000's as well, this should phatten the sound up and give me more
outputs to get a clearer mix.

i *will* encode this set asap, just a bit busy atm ;))
