A3K timing w/RM1X

hey list--

i'm using my RM1X with my A3K, and whenever i transmit a program change from
the RM1X to the A3K, there's a slight time lag that causes the A3K to fall
out of sync. has anyone else had this happen, & what's the best way around
it?

hopefully i don't have to turn one of those jumpy knobs every time i change
programs in a live set 8{
