RM1x Clock Shift

I'm probably way off on this one, but if I want to do a progressive snare
drum for 16 measures starting out with 16th notes but at the tail end it
goes to 32nd notes with increased velocity throughout, how do I accomplish
this with the RM1x?  Thanks!
