Yeah, me too.. but some of it is just soo kik @ss that I cant stand it! ;)
I absolutely LOVE my ex5r.. I mean, honestly, where can you get a basic
sampler with decent FX AND a great sound engine to go along with it for 900
usd? (btw, you cannot get them for that much anymore, i guess the demand has
managed to outstrip the #of units available and the price shot back up
again.. Kinda like it did for the CS1x)

AS for the RM1x.. Mine acts just a little flakey sometimes, but overall its
absolutely great to have all those basic sounds that IMHO are about
equivalent to something like an Emu Orbit, decent FX, AND a great sequencer
with many very useable patterns already built-in and great midi
implementation..

Only question I have about the RM1x is how do you copy an entire section to
another section? Seems like an elemental function because most of the time
you are just going to add or subtract from the same basic pattern to make
your songs and it would be great to be able to copy an entire section then
mess with the mutes and such and then go on to the next section.

Needless to say it is my most used machine..Once you get your mind wrapped
around it you will want nothing else for sequencing (cept maybe seq303 to
get a few ideas.) ;)
