I was asking about this the other day, only the split phrase job was
suggested but looking back through the archive of this mailing list I found
this nugget:
there is a faster way, just make sure that when you pres record, the mode is
going to be replace, then just go change the number of measures in the right
corner then press record. don't actually record if you have data there
already but just press stop again, this should do it but maybe its like you
have to actually replace record for this to work but that works for
shortening also :)
