Hi all, I have a new Asus N53Jq with nvidia GT 425M running ubuntu 10.10 amd64 (I don't have any other os install).
I supposed my model has an hybrid gpu system, but I'm not sure now that I ran some of the tests: sudo dmidecode -s system-product-name && sudo dmidecode -s system-version N53Jq 1.0 lspci -vnnn | perl -lne 'print if /^\d+\:.+(\[\S+\:\S+\])/' | grep VGA 01:00.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: nVidia Corporation Device [10de:0df0] (rev a1) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller]) I was surprised when I ran the above command since I didn't get any intel vga output. Maybe, am I missing something? Please let me know if I need to attach you some other information.
