We are aware of the problem, but we dunno why this happen (one should
look at rc9 changes), but I think this bug is in kernel side, I woul
rather wait for final before trying to see were is the problem. You
should also report it to kernel team.

Linux kernel 3.1-rc9 crashes when acpi_call is loaded, is there are
fix? Its the same for asus_switcheroo, it hangs the kernel at boot.
