Hi, All!

I'm hydrogen's user since 2005, Alex thank You for it. English is not
my native language but I hope You will understand what I want.

Environment: kernel 2.6.21, alsa 1.0.14rc2, Hydrogen 0.9.3, jackit 0.103

1. Issue: I have self-assembled multilayered (from 12 to 4 layers per
instrument) drumkit that uses all available instrument's slots. Until
jack runs in nonrealtime mode hydrogen run perfectly with last song
that uses that drumkit, but if jack runs in realtime mode hydrogen run
caused "Out Of Memory" system error. Nothing interesting in hydrogen's
stdout but if You wish I'll send it and all info that You need.

2. Feature request: As I see hydrogen not resample sound files on the
fly? I mean if drumkit's samples in 44100 rate, but jack running in
96000 rate mode hydrogen sounds ridiculous. I did different
sampleset(is this right word?) (for 44100, 48000 and 96000) of
available drumkit's samples using sox and replace them depending on
current jack's samplerate, but, IMHO it is wrong way. May be right way
is resampling drumkit when it loading in hydrogen depending on
audiosystem's samplerate?

3. Feature request: Sometime I want to manage length of sounding each
beat in song. But length of sounding of instrument non changeable
during song. Why not introduce in hydrogen new "muting" note (that
seems like diagonal cross in pattern editor in contrast with "normal"
dot-note, for example) that will be mute previous sound of instrument
proportionally of it's velocity value?
