Hi,
some new and exciting features hit the svn-repository last month:
*New Features from wolke*
Michael Wolkstein merged the main features of his Strato-Fork with our
0.9.4 version. He made some new graphics, implemented a beatcounter and
a jack-time-master function.
*Lash support*
wolke ported Jaakko Sipari's 0.9.3(.1) lash patch to 0.9.4. We're not
sure if lash support should be compiled-in by default, but we'll
definitely add an option to deactivate lash at runtime to the
preferences dialog ("deactivated" will be the default, because it takes
a long time to startup lash).
It would be great to get some feedback about this point. Who is using
lash already, what is your opinion?
* Jabber Muc *
"tremby" wrote in our forum that it would be nice to have a dedicated
hydrogen chatroom. We created a jabber conference room called
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]". *Everyone is welcome there, feel
free to ask if you have questions about hydrogen.
* Improved support for midi triggered actions *
It is now possible to fire up actions which are triggered by note
messages. For example: You can mute hydrogen by sending note 34 via midi.
Events/Actions can be configured in the preference editor (midi tab).
* Release of 0.9.4 *
We hope that we could release our next stable version this year. I'm
planning a feature freeze for the mid of July, so we can concentrate on
bug-fixing and documenting.
