Hello all,

just a quick note about installing H2.
I had a linux box almost without the accessory packages needed for H2,
so I've installed everything and it was not a breeze. At least not
for the average user it is. A first contact with H2 can be scary, imo.

I had also to update glibc-* because the latest version of Jack needed
version 2.7 and not 2.5. We should check whether these requirements are
mostly satisfied with modern (~ 1 year) distros. I have a Slackware
12.0/12.1 so my test case may not be very common.

As a first task about the documentation I'll heavily update the
requirements, but I think that we should also focus on binary package
distribution.

Oh btw, now I understand that comments are fun in the code (grep for
badwords in /usr/src/linux for a good laugh) but I think there's a debug
msg that can be removed from H2 at your convenience :)

USA??? Eliminare InstrumentEditorPanel

Well, it feels so good to run H2 again after so much time :'-)

bye,
jman
