Ah!  I see now.

By default, if you have no patterns saved... there is no 'Patterns'
section that appears. When it's like this... you'll get the bug.

However, if you *do* have any patterns... or you used to have patterns
(and thus, still have the 'Patterns' section), then H2 works as expected.

Steps to reproduce:

1. mv -i ~/.hydrogen ~/.hydrogen_save
2. hydrogen
3. Click the 'Sound Library' tab.
4. Right-click a drum kit (e.g. GMkit). You get the menu
   {Load, Export, Properties, Delete}
5. Hit the 'Esc' key.  You get the menu {Load, Delete}
6. [Clean up your messes:]
   rm -rf ~/.hydrogen
   mv -i ~/.hydrogen_save ~/.hydrogen

WORKAROUND: Right click the title of a pattern in the pattern editor and
select 'Save Pattern'. Even if you delete the pattern, the Pattern
section will now continue to appear in the Sound Library.

Looks like the solution is to make sure that the default
~/.hydrogen/hydrogen.conf always has something like:

    <patternCategories>
        <categories>not_categorized</categories>
    </patternCategories>

Or else, find a better way to handle the default:

    <patternCategories />

Peace,
Gabriel
