Hi Gabriel, The overall problem seems to be exactly as Jabob reportet - setting LC_NUMERIC helped.

Current frames: 0, note frame pos: 12000" warnings. Btw. they come up in trunk too. Just add some notes and press "play" and "stop" some times in a loop. This has no influence of the sound or anything else.. But back to my "old" test: The jack_zombie branch ( with LC_NUMERIC=C ./hydrogen ) works here as smooth as trunk, no other problems so far.
