Hey guys!
I just wanted to explain this commit a little bit....
I was trying to get my head around all the steps needed before a stable
release. It occurred to me to go ahead and write the steps down.... so I
did. I'm not at all trying to "fix" anything that Sebastian is doing when
he makes a release. I think he does a great job.
Feel free to change or even delete the file. :-)
The file also made me think -- I should write a build regression script.
One that takes a tarball and runs through all the permutations of options
and builds hydrogen each and every way. Possibly even test creating
packages and whatnot.
